Description: For World NTD Day, the NALA team will collaborate with the local radio station and the health bureau to produce and broadcast a mass media campaign. This campaign will reach and inspire healthy changes for more than 150,000 people at risk for hygiene-related NTDs in Bench Maji Zone, located in Ethiopia’s Southern region, which is one of Ethiopia’s toughest disease hot spot areas. The radio show will raise awareness on NTDs and promote healthy hygiene behaviors. Community networks and local leaders will also be engaged to promote the program.
